We absolutely love the modern twist this brand new house has. Our very good friend Danny @hanlonkitchenslaois supplied this kitchen. The customer wanted not just a grey theme but a warm grey that wasn’t too cold looking. Paint was also supplied by us using @colourtrendpaints.

Project 3
This is the laminates the same customers chose to blend in with their kitchen & utility tiles. This particular floor is a 12mm laminate and it also comes in a herringbone option too. We love how it matches so well in the interior doors etc and it also has nice warm brown tone in it to break up the grey.

Project 5
This house has opted for a very natural concrete look tile with hexagonal shaped tiles from the same collection in a range of colours to create a stunning feature over the fireplace and over the sink in the kitchen. This tile also comes in a non slip option so we were able to run the tile into the patio area with a seamless look and yet have the safety of the non slip tile on the patio.
